I'm so grateful to have found your channel. I've always admired yoga but I really struggled with trying to follow along to routines as a beginner. Your videos are welcoming and I really appreciate that you take the time to encourage us to move at our own pace and listen to our body's. This is what I needed. I feel complete elation as my sad left hip releases. It has been so so right for YEARS and so much so that I walk differently as a result. This feels like soft cotton candy clouds are tickling my feet and my whole lower body feels like blissful love.

Working from home for sometimes over 8 hrs a day had my Psoas on fire!!! Stiff and stuck is what it felt like. I did this routine ONE time and OMG!!! 😌 Now this is MY GO TO!!!
