Midas! Been a sub for a while now, I appreciate the videos man, they really help.

I was wondering of switching my program up. My body type is "Mesomorph" and I'm going for a muscular build similar as you my dude!

This is what I do so far, let me know what you think:

>Monday:

[Warm Up] 50 push ups, 10 minutes of timed situps, 50 squats, 50 dips, 25 pull ups.

[Training] Biceps, forearms, and legs.

>Tuesday:

[Warm Up] 50 push ups, 10 minutes of timed situps, 50 squats, 50 dips, 25 pull ups.

[Training] Shoulders, Back, Chest, and Triceps.

Wednesday: [Same as Monday]
Thursday: [Same as Tuesday]
Friday: [Same as Mon/Wed]

Saturday & Sunday: [REST]

I get my active cardio from my job; I work in a warehouse and am constantly moving, walking and lifting.

Lmk what you think. I'm willing to modify my schedule/program.
