This is by far my favorite stretching session you all have done. It’s helped out a ton with my neck, back and shoulders on days they’re sore.

No notes, I’d love to see a “uncommonly stretched” muscles routine where you target muscles you likely don’t stretch too often in our modern lifestyle. Probably similar if not the same, but an “office worker” stretching routine that helps out with neck, shoulder and arm pain from working at a desk/computer

Been a hard couple of years & I’ve wanted to start moving again but cant do full workouts again just yet. This showing up in my feed was like an answer & I feel great afterwards! Would love more of these!

I already know this is going to be my sore-days workout. I love doing dynamic stretches and mobility moves, either first thing in the morning or after a long day at computer. Thank you for this routine, Kelli!

Thank you, Ive not long started doing fitness blender sessions and surprisingly am enjoying the yoga sessions. I have always gone to the gym or played sport, but never done or thought off doing yoga before. I’m not flexible at all but your teaching methods and persona are really good and I am enjoying the challenge and feeling the benefits. Even if I am in a puddle in my front room and you are making it look easy, thank you and your fitness blender team for putting these together and keeping me active while stuck in house without any equipment. 🙏

I really enjoyed the workout it feels like a mother treating or teaching me a rejuvenating I would be very glad if we find more videos on a full spine relaxing workout including all vertebra ribs and lower back mid back relaxation expercises
Being a sports enthusiast I have been following your workouts since 2016 keep energising us in the same way GOD BLESS BOTH OF YOU AND YOUR TEAM AS WELL

I just want to say, I’m like a beginner beginner to working out, but I suffer from hearing loss related vertigo, and this stretch workout was perfect, the flow of the workout was excellent, it wasn’t up down up down, and each position transitioned smoothly and easily to the next, not aggravating my vertigo at all 😁 I’ll be using this workout regularly from now on 👌🏻👍🏻

This is my most favourite fitness blender workout, I always always feel happy after this super creative stretches! I do this on my recovery days and also when I am feeling a bit down, this is an integral part of my ‘I ❤ me’ routine. Thank you! ❤

This was awesome. Like awesome. I wanted and needed to move this morning but new my body needed some love. I deviated from my usual go to Yoga because I dont associate fitness blenders with Yoga...but found Kelly and wow!! Thank you !!
