I've been doing your workouts for the past year and love them! Mobility, strength, stretching! For the past 3 months I have been going through chemotherapy for breast cancer and these slow flow "rest day" mobility movements are really helpful to me to just move a bit even when my body hurts and I have no energy. I appreciate them so much! Thank you.

I have a request. Would it be possible for you to make a mobility routine specifically for hiking with a heavy pack?
The running ones are great, but it would be very useful to see something designed for long distance walking with a heavy pack (on uneven terrain). I've noticed a other hikers in your comments who might benefit from this too.

Hallo liebe Julia, ein guter Geist spülte dankenswerterweise dieses Videos letzte Woche in meinen Algorithmus. Nachdem ich bei den Gewichten etwas zu schwer zugegriffen hatte, hatte sich der Piriformis gemeldet und dehnen half einfach nicht. Diese Mobility Routine aber schon, und zwar sehr schnell. Nun habe ich diese Woche auch deine Aufwärm, Cooldown und Foamrolling Routinen in mein Programm aufgenommen- what a game changer, I am hooked😍. Sehr ansprechende Gestaltung der Videos, tolle Musik und die Option voice over oder music only ist super( wobei ich voice over bevorzuge, du hast so eine angenehme Stimme😊). ❤lichen Dank dafür.
