I decided to run my first 20 km today after I only run 10 km a few times, it was definitely challenging but i ran at easy pace and i stopped to refill my water bottle. The weather changed from sunny to stormy. Im so satisfied with how it went and i hit the time that i wanted. Thank you so much, that was all i needed, you just gained a new subscriber😊 Its good to learn something new from a professional. These stretches werent shown in a book that i bought, im so grateful I could watch this for free

I really like how you remind us now and again how everyone is different and you don't have to go into the really deep positions, just doing what you can is enough

My sister and I just did our first run in months. It was pouring rain, but it was beatiful, and we enjoyed every minute. We ran farther than we thought we could.
