This 10-minute stretch focuses on releasing your tight hips and lower back to reduce pain and increase flexibility! It's very common to have tight hips, but it doesn't take much to release that tightness with a few quick stretches! We will work through several stretches to help you get rid of those creeky, tight feelings so you will feel relaxed and loosened up!

I’ve been doing this routine daily for the past week and I already feel a difference! Hip pain is something I’ve been dealing with especially since the pandemic with online uni and all, and now I work a desk job so I’m constantly creaky. I feel so much better now that I do your stretching routine consistently, so thank you for being such a life saver! I feel like you are one of the best to do this with, as well with both legs being at 90 degrees helps A LOT! Others are like extend that 1 leg and bend 90 the other which is almost impossible without pain
