That was perfect! I was already suffering with sciatica, and have now been told I have a bulging disc as well…I love all of your videos; but found this was exactly the one to help with my back. Hello, Tina! That was so good! I just got to view this now and I’m eager to try the full twist! I love all the bird poses and twists. I also adore the seated head to knee pose. I occasionally put together a practice on my own but I much prefer to practice with you along. I pick a practice according to what I feel my needs are on a given day. I feed my mind, my body and my soul. Thanks so much for being there and sharing. Hope to catch the live next week!🤪

I had no internet all day yesterday so I was unable to do my usual practice with one of your videos however I did make up my own practice (all of my favourites of course!) and had to smile when I said out loud, a number of times: “tuck your toes…walk your dog”! See, I’m word-perfect!! 👏👏🥰
