No equipment is needed as you march to different tempos to get your heart rate up during this low-impact workout. To keep it challenging, Courtad also includes exercises like side steps, knee lifts, and punches to activate your upper body and core. I have just burned 350 calories in 30 minutes in my bedroom! Who would have thought?!!?
And seeing that someone who looks like me in terms of body size was rocking the workout was a huge encouragement.

@tanner I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks in a row and my Garmin watch now tells me my VO2Max is reaching 43!!! and my fitness age is.... 31 years old!!! which is 30 years younger than my 61, soon 62 age!! It CAN indeed save you 30 years 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 you were right!!!

Aww, Tanner made me love walking workouts! I used to find them too easy and boring, but Tanner's workouts are pure joy, they fly by in a flash, I want to keep walking and walking I love the charisma of this man and his always beautiful workouts Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tanner, Fatima and Mina!

Thanks Tanner and crew for a great walking workout. Tanner is VERY easy on the eyes, so this definitely helps me to get through the video. When he tells us to focus on him during the workout, I'm like "that's not a problem at all." 😄😍

I did this workout a short while ago... am drenched with sweat. Am outside of the US so no commercials/interruptions. I am cooling down and I am feeling nauseated 🤢🤢. This workout worked my thigh and heart out. I love it and looking forward to more of these walking excercises ❤❤❤❤

I have Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia so it is not easy for me to do some moves. But I could do all and this is the 7th day, I already feel better. Thank you guys so much. I will be waiting more videos like this. ♥️♥️♥️

How wonderful to find this series of videos. It’s lovely that technology has advanced so much these days that I can play it on my iPad and stream it to the tv. I spent so much money in my youth taking these kind of classes and squeezing them in a lunch hour or getting up early in the weekend. Now I can do them in the comfort of my own home for free. Thanks for making these videos for us, this is truly a gift.
