30 minutes of fast power walking can provide you with a great workout to get fit with over 3500 steps! You can absolutely pick up the pace to a jog or run if you wish to get in more steps in just 30 minutes. This workout can definitely be modified to be slow or fast walking intervals. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 3596 steps.

I've been doing a lot of cardio & strength training with lots of stepping the past few months. Jules - this 30 minute video is fabulous! I'm sweating like crazy!! I read that seniors need to do 7, 000 to 10, 000 steps. Next month I turn 70! I hope to keep it up for the rest of my life! Thank you! 🥰💖

I saw you saying "Super job!" at the end---thanks! I did my "quick-jog" every other walking interval, and for the intervals when I walked, I added some extra cardio by pumping my arms up and down, with elbows and hands above my shoulders. I done in...but it's a good "done in"...
