Get your day started on the right (and left!) foot with our 10 Minute Morning Power Walk for Seniors over 50 and Beginners! This low impact, fun walk features 30 second rounds of power walking combined with 50 second intervals of step and strength moves to wake up your whole body. This workout that is about 1200 steps can be done in a chair or standing.

I am a retired school teacher and after retirement I realise that I have become quite cut off from the world and I don't have much a social life. I used to feel a little isolated. But now I have great friends in the two of to perk me up in the morning and evening. Thanks from India

I did this workout alongside a balance 10mins and a core 10mins this morning (all yes2next). This worked well for me because I could focus on all the areas I feel are needed. The time went so quickly, and I really feel ready for my morning coffee! My cat watches me in a bemused sort of way. She then starts asking for treats halfway through 😂🐈

When I found you a few weeks ago I started the work out (hot dog stand0 from 3 years ago. Today I thought the time is ripe to move on. I really enjoyed this mornings work out although my arms would not do what I wanted them to, it was very funny! Thank you and your Mummy for making a big change in my life.
