30-Minute Walking Workout to Lose Belly Fat & Slim Your Waist!

This 30-minute 4000 steps walking workout will help to lose belly fat, slim your waist and lose weight, especially if you cater the 20 second walking intervals to your fitness level. There will be no squats, no jumping and no floor exercises in this workout. You can walk at my pace, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace and jog or run before joining me again for the next exercise. This workout is all about making it your own. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. We'll hit 4000 steps today (and plenty more if you choose to pick up the walking pace).

I love the videos where you change exercises every 15-20 seconds - keeps me from getting too tired doing one exercise.

I've been doing your videos faithfully now for about 2 1/2 years. That is until I had a freak fall in my house in early June. Now almost 3 months later, I'm out of the boot, post op shoes and can ditch the crutches, I've finally been given the green light from my doctor to resume. This is my first week back doing much of anything physical and all I can say is it is SO GOOD TO BE BACK!

After a couple of weeks on grandparent duty, we are back to our morning routine which includes you. A good video; not too hard but just enough to get the heart rate up and the body moving. Thank you. We both wondered how much more tired we might have been had we not been following you!!!
