Have all of you gone down the same rabbit hole of finding a great YouTube exercise channel? I don’t even do this sort of thing, but I’ve watched my wife search through YouTube fitness for about a year. Once you find Rick, you realize he’s a game changer. He’s so engaged the whole time. Rick, I had a baby via c-section in January of 2024, I was 197 lbs and not feeling my best self. Once I was cleared to do normal activities In April, I started with your 10 minute step workout, and barely had the lung power to get through half of the workout. 10 months in, I do this 30 minute speed walking workout followed by stretching, strength training, and healthy dieting, and finally hit my goal of 145lbs. Rain or shine, pumped or depressed, you helped be get here. Thank you, seriously, thank you.

OMG! I have been walking at home for the last 25 years, 5 days a week, sometimes because no one wanted to walk with me in the neighborhood, or it was too hot or too cold, BUT NOW I CAN WALK WITH YOU! You are a "game-changer". So happy to find your channel!

This workout has been a daily repeat for me! Since mid December, I’ve started doing your step workouts daily and have a personal goal of 10k steps a day. From this 31 year old mama of 2 babies, thank you for making it so fun and (it seem) effortless to move every day. I’m down 15 pounds and I’m still going. Thank you Rick!

Thats exactly what got me going back in july. Kids at work constantly asking if I was pregnant... nope... just fat, . I tried tons of other walking workouts on youtube. But you´re the only one that I stuck to. I love you energy and your style of coaching and workouts.

In the last couple of years, Rick, my healths been slightly dodgy, and a stroke a few weeks ago !!! BUT, somehow or another I have kept going with you - sometimes just a little but this morning this 5000 speed walkout TWICE. More than anything else you have helped me keep my sanity. I was left with 3000 steps to reach my 10000 steps goal today and I ended up staying for the entire 5000 steps. This was such a fun video. the 30 minutes just flew, I was laughing at all your stories while being engaged at the same time. Thank you so much and this is now my favourite fitness channel. Found this by accident as it’s too snowy and icy to walk safely outdoors. It did not disappoint! Got my heart pumping but I kept pace I’m so chuffed with myself and also found myself laughing which has got to be a first when working out!

Why is this not a million views already? This is a fantastic workout. I was doing your 10K steps everyday in the house before my delivery back in December 2022. I have been doing this regularly too! Everytime I laugh at your stories and it put a smile at my face 😂 Highly recommend Rick and his workouts!

I loved this work out so much! I was stuck in my house due to bath weather. I looked at my watch to find out I only have 1500 steps, and it was already 8:30PM. When I finished this workout I had 6500 steps done! I had so much fun too and I broke a sweat for sure.

I’ve tried other channels and your workout is the most motivating. I am 62 years old and I find myself doing your workout everyday. The 30 minutes goes by quickly because it is not too strenuous for my body and yet it gets the job done daily for me. Thank you Rick!

Day 1 of ramadan & post iftari have no energy to take myself to the gym but definitely had energy to walk with you and do 5 steps! Would love a Ramadan step special to help focus on fat burn post iftari!

I made it to 3500 steps on my first try and I'm okay with that. 10+ years of chronic injuries and all that goes with it, not a bad effort. Let you know when I make it to the 5k. :D
