I did cardio & HIIT workouts since the beginning when i started to workout. But i started to see results after i starting the pilatws only😍😍 it is fun and best for tone ur body. Her workouts are best❤️❤️

I had difficulties doing some of the exercises because of my scoliosis and did a different variation that I feel would target the areas. But overall, I broke a sweat and I felt great! Thank you, Eleni ❤❤❤

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel.
Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool.
Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding.
PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 as Leon
