30 MIN Upper Body & Abs Pilates Workout | Day 3 Challenge | No equipment

Hi,

How are you doing? Don't forget to check in with yourself and your body. How are you feeling today what does your body really need?

This is so important throughout your fitness journey. I try to check in with myself every morning and feel what my body and mind needs! I enjoy doing pilates in te morning on days I am super buys, it makes me feel more relaxed and stil satisfied that I did a workout!

I hope you will enjoy tis one! IF you want to make it little harder, use some arm weights!

Thank you Sanne for these helpful workouts! I’ve never thought that I could do a full 30min ab workout, because they normally make me so stressed out. But yours is so relaxing somehow, it’s tough but I don’t feel pressured, you make me feel so calm but it’s still a challenge! Thank you so much!

I suffer from chronic back pain and wake up every morning with a super stiff, painful back. After doing this workout this morning the pain is literally gone and my back feels amazing. Thanks so much for such a safe and effective pilates routine :) x
