I love Issa for so many reasons, but my biggest is her concern and care. She watches out for your form, comfort, and strength all virtually. I bet an in person session is the best thing ever.
The reminders to breathe come in at the perfect moment. The cheer up on the 5th second catches you right when you were thinking of dropping it.

I've been incorporating pilates into my fitness regiment. As a beginner, I've been following your videos and enjoy them. You're a lovely instructor, graceful, beautiful, music is perfect and I love your accent. My 7 year old daughter was engaged with the video for a short time and had complimented you on the same. I was surprised at how difficult some of the moves were. Thank you 😊

It’s ironic, in order to get stronger, you end up feeling really weak. Muscles shaking, failing out of these before Welly. End of the workout, though, I feel amazing with a smile on my face. Thank you for the awesome class Welly!!
