I have been lifting weights for 2 years consistently now, and have been wanting to change it up a little… and I would’ve NEVER realized how hard a workout with just your body weight can be. These workouts BURN in a way I never could’ve imagined. Really hoping that I can get better at these, because I always wanna give up halfway through.

Hi Nicole. Thank you for kicking my butt for the past 3 years. Your gentle teaching style got me into Pilates and it’s now my favourite form of exercise.

Nicole’s work outs are intense exercise-still feeling that heat and burn- but adding in kindness and intention and positive energy to the body. I love her attention to breath during and the stretching after an intense set. Kind to the body while also pushing limits and promoting change.
