Staying healthy at home isn't always easy. Watch this video to learn how to do exercise at home the right way, with tips from our physiotherapists. Learn what to do, and what not to do, and find out which muscles and joints you're working. Build everything from a quick 10 minute break to a 30 minute at-home workout to a full hour of workout exercises at home with these building blocks.

Exercises for your home workout include:
- Squats
- Press ups
- Jumping Jacks
- Overhead press
- Steps ups
- Mountain climbers

You can arrange these however you want, working out your whole body as you move between the different types. Do each exercise every day, or switch up your routine for some variety.

Unfortunately most of these exercises are not suitable for me. I am a female over sixty, cannot do any exercises with a lot of impact, have bad knee cartilage erosion ( not arthritis), and have never been able to do a full push up in my life.. this is fine for a 25- 45 year old man, but not good for older people or those with any injuries or difficulties.
