Im volunteering at this wildlife rehabilitation center and im in charge of the nursery ( taking care of baby monkeys who need constant emotional support) and i now have internet 24/7 so im doing yoga in the cage with all the baby monkeys running around and its amazing

Absolutely brilliant, thank you! I do this practice at least twice a week and its been so good for my ibs and bloating tummy. I feel like all my internal organs are being massaged, so, so good.

This is a wonderfully calming practice. I have been experiencing stomach pain all day. This helped me completely relax, so much so that I almost fell asleep. Thank you for sharing this calming practice. I was able to give my tired, overworked body a bit of reprieve.

I am practicing this yoga for about one month and I am finding some improvement in the symptoms of IBS. I will continue further under the hope that I will get cured permanently from currently suffering from IBS. Thanks🙏

I did this exercise because its good for bloating stomach when i first got overeat too much food and started to study focus on my tummy. I feel relaxed and once in a week.

I always come back to this video when my ibs is acting up, it's so relaxing and I like how it actually makes time to breathe and relax in each exercise, which is something I find it hard to find since everything is supposed to go so fast these days!
