This 10 min yoga class offers gentle yoga poses that may help you pass gas and or move things along so you can go to the bathroom more regularly. These yoga poses and stretches are perfect for helping to relieve painful gas, bloating and improve digestion. If any of these poses feel uncomfortable simply skip the pose, come to something that feels best for you or modify for your body.

My belly is a huge Ballon before I’m getting my period. It gets so uncomfortable, that I can’t sit for a long time. Some yoga poses don’t feel right. This video is a awesome guidance and helps so much. Thank you so much for normalizing farting. Because women don’t poop glitter and fart butterflies. We are human too!

I have colitis, IBS, endometriosis and pcos. I’m definitely going to try these poses and see what happens. I haven’t done yoga in a long time and this feels like a good thing for me. Currently in a flare with my endo and colitis 🙃 your voice is extremely relaxing! ✨💫

I had severe constipation that lead me to the hospital. They helped me to determine the cause and some lifestyle changes. I found your earlier digestive practices and that led to this one. My favorite. I liked that you reminded us not to clench up. As always, large amount of gas escaped and I feel better. Perfect time of day (right before bed) for me to do this. Thank you.

I really did not feel well when I started this (bloated & nauseated). I started doing this and within a minute, began to belch. It made me feel so much better I was able to go to sleep.
