I have been struggling with constant constipation for 2 years, and it even put me in hospital until the Drs discovered that I have a long loopy bowel. This is the first time I have been able to go without having to take laxative powders in water every day. I only discovered that yoga was possible for this due to looking for my insomnia. You are an absolute angel, I can now use a natural method rather than medication. Thank you so much.

I don’t think some people understand how scary and painful chronic constipation can be. It’s one of those things that can get out of hand pretty quickly. This was a perfect and practical solution, thank you so much!

I didn’t even finish the video before I had to go. I got 9 mins in and said “it’s go time”. I wasn’t constipated for days but I needed to go at this moment and was having a really hard time. After straining for almost an hour, I gave up and started looking up solutions. I needed something immediate and didn’t have access to any over the counter products. As a daily yoga practitioner, I realized that maybe I could find a yoga video to help. This was the first video and THANK GOD. Literally 9 mins in. I’m typing this from the toilet. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🤍

i was totally doubting this… BUT IT WORKED!! i did it 3 times in a row (total of 39 minutes) had to use the bathroom right after!! i had having buildup for 4 days and nothing worked but this!! I say it’s worth the try!! thanks dr melissa!! ❤❤❤ i think 11:16 helped the most! 😊

Whenever I'm on my period, I struggle with constipation before and during. I'd usually drink some Bigelow lemon ginger tea with probiotics and follow with these exercises. Works every time!! Thank you!

i was skeptical about this, i’ve tried another video to relief gas and constipation but it did nothing. Lately i decided to quit coffee because it’s no longer good for my heart, however it was to only thing that helped me “go”, ever since i stopped it, i’ve been constipated for days. I did this video yesterday, had 0 results, tonight as i was struggling with the discomfort of no movement i decided to do it again… it worked like MAGIC!!! such a relief! i’ll keep doing until my metabolism is no longer dependent on coffee.

I had constipation for past 2 days, I cldnt eat anything properly, cldnt sit or stand properly . And it was paining so much that I used to cry the whole night . This helped a lot. I didn't go straight after doing the exercise video. I repeated several poses, did lots of circular ab massages, squatted low, drank warm water, ate plum slices, and drank pear juice. I was able to go after 30 minutes. that's a win for me!
