bro i was on my yoga mat sobbing cause I ate like 6 doughnuts cause I was on my period, and just felt so bloated and sick of my self. But Adriene just telling me to basically chill out and be grateful in the beginning of the video really helped. THANK

thank you Adriene, I have an eating disorder which includes binges and the way you approached overeating was so comforting. Your videos always bring a smile to my face and each day I do this practice, I feel more and more healed <3 love you

Cured my indigestion at 2.20. Literally. I thought I had appendicitis for two hours. Adriene is one of the most reliable and respectable yogis that I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. Thank you for your work.

Ahhh my eternal battle!! Eat too much-complain why I didn't stop when I needed to-feel awful and think I did my body the worst thing possible-accept it and move on. I actually read that we don't get bloated by over eating but by the anxiety hormones released when we stress about it, so instead we should stay calm, accept what happened, stretch a bit to ease our overworked machine and get things moving and commit to becoming more mindful in our future everyday activities, such as eating and just listen to our body.. Thank you Adriene once again!!!

So many years of my life were taken over by eating disorders, including binge eating disorder. These days I keep my body healthy and happy most of the time, but do slip up occasionally. Last night was one of those times! But your understanding, kind words at the beginning and end of the video made all the difference. Thank you!

i started crying at the end of this video. i've never tried yoga before and i'm pretty sure i did a lot of the poses wrong but the way you spoke and the constant reassurance you gave me made me so emotional and just. happy. it's been a tough few months, both physically and mentally. i'm glad to have felt relieved even for just a few minutes. i haven't smiled out of genuine happiness and satisfaction in a while. thank you so much :)

I actually did NOT overeat- I just had a bad stomach ache. Something made me think Yoga would help and I clicked on the video. At first I thought- this isn't what I need- but as it turns out it was exactly what I need. Sincerely feeling a lot better right now. Thank you.

I literally woke up at 3am in agony from my trapped gas, I watched this video and its help relieve so much and made me feel much better. Even 6 years on, I still come to this yoga video to save me. Thanks so much xx

I’m currently on my weight loss journey (24 pounds down so far!) and today I had my first cheat day since forever and I felt so guilty about it and this video definitely calmed me down. I’m grateful that I’ve learned to adopt a healthier lifestyle but I don’t want to develop a negative mindset where I think one huge meal will make me gain all of my weight back. Thank you so much for helping me reach my zen mode!

I’m not a yoga person, I’m not interested, I’ve never tried it. In the beginning I was getting kinda confused cause I didn’t know the terms, I just wanted to feel less full 😆. But in a little bit I started to understand, I like the way you were describing the poses, it was very easy for me. I also felt genuinely relaxed. Great video I might be getting a bit more into yoga now!

This is the routine that I can do after each night meal to move my digestion but not necessary over eating, Thank you Adriene.

Apparently this helps cats with digestive issues too! My cats are hiding a lot and not using the litterbox much while struggling with a new pet family member. One of the cats came out of hiding to sit with me on the mat and then use the litterbox while I was doing this practice. Adriene's familiar voice is soothing to him. Thank you Adriene!
