How I Cured Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

I had suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for over three decades until I realized what was triggering it: Inflammatory (plant) foods.

After removing most foods from my diet, my symptoms went away, my gut healed and I've been without symptoms ever since.

If you suffer from IBS or similar inflammatory bowel disorders, do the following:

1. Remove all plant foods from your diet immediately.
2. Cut out eggs and dairy. The lactose and casein in the latter can worsen your symptoms.
3. Avoid alcohol.
4. Consume only meat, organs and raw honey for 30-90 days.
5. Consider using supplements that can help heal your gut (see blog post).
6. Once your symptoms have subsided, slowly reintroduce the least-toxic plant foods (see food list).

I only eat one meal per day due to my IBS and I have seriously noticed that when I eat only red meat for that meal, I feel so much better the next morning and that night.

Most fruits and veggies destroy my stomach with cramping and bloating. Meat, eggs, and leafy veggies, and potatoes are really the only things i can really eat now

Thanks so much for the advice man! I’m 13, not diagnosed with any specific bowel issues, but I’m constantly struggling with my digestive health, it’s really getting in the way of my everyday life but I’m trying to get better!

You don't need to wait 30-90 days. Just do an elimination diet. Most "IBS" comes from food allergies/sensitivities that people are unaware of. They only show allergy symptoms such as stomach pains, cramps, etc... For instance, I stay away from bell peppers, carrots, oats, corn, and much more. Probiotics are also super beneficial. All mine started due to my braces(the metal).

I get IBS during or after menstruation. During this time I have to avoid fructose and creamy products but for the rest of the month I can eat both and not get IBS. I just had an IBS attack. I chopped up fresh ginger into hot water and drank it. Then I chewed on the ginger and my spasm and pelvic pain has improved. Now I'm going to take peppermint capsules. Rubbing the tummy in a soothing gentle manner seems to help too. I think it's a combination of triggers. Physical and mental.

I experienced COVID that lasted around 11 days. At first, I believed I was fine but I began to notice a loss of more hair than usual. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hairfall.

Please guys be cautious. Meat diets work for certain people, others not. Other people will react positive on a only plant diet. Try these things for your self

Gotta remember that everyone is different. Its not that simple, for example, if i followed that advice id be sick as a dog, but im glad it worked for you. Keto seems to be the best for my gut. That ION gut health pisses my stomach off!

I second that. I almost died due to IBS complications. Once out of the hospital I could only eat meat. Accidental discovery. It took a year before I could add slowly most plants. Thanks for the video, now I know why I couldn’t eat eggs.

Hmmm I’ve had ibs C for 7 damn years now. I caught after a bout of food poisoning and never went away. It has ruined my life to the point I had to quit my corporate America sales job and not work anymore. The medication the doctors give you (trulance or linzess) makes you feel sick for 3-4 hours daily and you never know when it’s gong to stop working that day so you can’t plan to leave your house at all like a normal person.
I found out anything with garlic and onion(every processed food out there) causes all the gurgling and spasms. Even the stuff in seasonings. I’m gonna try all meat even though I hate meat :(. I can’t eat raw honey. I tried Manuka and it made me stay in all day with gurgling and spasms and squeezing sounds for about 9 hours. I’ll try all meat though and post what happens I’ve tried everything else daily since I don’t work anymore over this bs

If someone is dealing with IBS constipation, why would they remove all plants from their diet? That’s the one thing that’s helping regularity. ?!? We not all Carnivores either

I m recently suffering from ibs from past 2 months it had happened after food poisoning and it is one of the worst dosprder ever i had seen in my life it makes your life like fed up and i dont no when i m getting cured with this disorder and i m litteraly scared to get out of my house also and i m seeing the comments that says the disorder will last for 7 years and more... Treatment · Avoid foods that trigger your symptoms · Eat high-fiber foods · Drink plenty of fluids · Exercise regularly · Get enough sleep.

Its best to have a mixed diet, dont just eat meat and dont just eat greens. Having a healthy diet is a mix of these.

Take apple cider vinegar. Yeah no dairy. Eggs seem fine for a lot of people. Olive oil as well.
