7 Min Stretching Exercises To Help With Bloating, Indigestion, Constipation & IBS | Morning & Night

These stretching exercises will really help you with bloating! These movements should help with bowel movement and hopefully make you do number 2 hehe…I know how frustrating and uncomfortable it can be to not be able to go to the bathroom for 3-4 days! Which is why I created this short 7 min stretching routine, so you can do this every morning as soon as you wake up or at night if you feel too full to go to bed!

Hope you enjoy this routine! I usually do this whenever my digestion is not great, or I feel super bloated and constipated. It really helps!

What are some of your TIPS to help with this? Would love to know 

Working out also helps a lot with bloating! And sometimes you may just be retaining lots of water! So it could be great to sweat it out! Here are some workouts that can help:

Okay week 1 still bloating no relief at all. But, felt more relaxed. Week 2 I was more relaxed and got little relief from bloating. Now my third week and food like salad that use to bloat me bloated me a little less. Discomfort went away some. Back is hurting less. My muscles are less sore. I was able to work out this week. So excited

I have been doing this workout for around 2 weeks now, and it is so good.
My bloating is not so noticeable and my stomach is more flatter.
For reference, for almost the last 3 years, I have suffered daily with really bad bloating thanks to my IBD.
I tried everything and even tried other workouts promising to help, but none did.

Thank you, I had Ulcerative colitis which has caused me bloating everyday for the last 3 years and I also have an ileostomy. During this e excise I could hear my digestion moving better.

when i say i was in crisis mode
.... i had like an hour before work and this poopoo HAD to come out of me before then.

chugged a bottle of water, a few ounces of coffee, and did these exercises... was just ready to jump into a hot shower when BOOM !

bum hole kinda hurt but it's worth it ❤
