rubbing your belly in those motions does help your guts get moving! youre pressing around your small/large intestines, and that can get gases or solid matter to move thru. not sure how much itll help visibly but u will get movements in ur bowels!

Take 20 min walk after every meal . Just walk back n forth in your room if you can’t go out .

I have severe chronic constipation. These are the exact exercises and massages my physical therapist has me do in order to get me to poop when it’s been a while. And that in itself is a miracle. Why do these people have to take it so far? Let me have my miracle.

If you intend to try this, read up on manual lymph drainage technique first. It doesn’t need to be nearly as hard as she appears to be doing it.

Mostly fact. I was trained in this during my licensing for MT. Counterclockwise to help get guts and fluid from interstitial spaces to flush out. If you have diarrhea, go clockwise. Make sure to flush with water. It also doesn't work this quickly.

You are right, Dr. Youn, cutting out salt, processed foods and carbonated beverages, soda and diet soda, eliminate bloating and you can also lose weight. I've maintained a 160lbs loss for 12 years by cutting out the things I mentioned. Eating foods in their most simplest form has helped me not gain the weight back.
Idk about lotion and pressing your belly 🙃

I have tried this and it doesn't lower down bloating appeareance that drastically but it helps a lot with the pain and discomfort that comes with it

there are a lot of good articles on how different types of massages will have different beneficial effects. stimulating blood flow and movement around certain parts of your intestines and other organs can help with constipation, nausea, gas, etc.

A traditional European remedy against bloating is chewing some caraway seeds (Carum carvi) or brewing a tea out of them. Fennel seeds may work aswell. They contain essential oils which reduce cramps, among other stuff like natural de-foaming agents which allow the trapped farts to be liberated.

I have noticed that in the months I've been eating healthier foods, I've had less bloat. I actually take the time to look at nutrition labels and ingredients; if there's corn syrup/hfcs or MSG, I avoid it.
