As someone who has been told they had Celiac Disease, then Crohn's Disease, then the doctors finally landing on a diagnosis of IBS, thank you for this. I've had complicated symptoms my whole life, and diet and meds just haven't seemed to help completely. Here's hoping this beautiful practice makes a difference!

Well, I came here to help my bloating stomach and didn't expect it to be a therapeutic experience. I suddenly had a lump in my throat and by the end of this practice I was crying. 😮 I never had such an experience before, I guess it had a somatic yoga effect on me. I love it so much, especially the way you explained how to breathe so detailed in every pose, which makes those poses used to be so simple and ordinary but now becoming very healing and calming with the coordination of those breathing tips . This was such a relaxing flow. My favourite part was rocking side to side in full wind pose. Then the peaceful words at the end helped too.
