Thanks so much for these short routines, they are a life saver as I'm lucky enough to be travelling alot at the moment and I can practice anywhere with these effective quickies ( within reason 😂)❤

❤ right on time! I was getting ready to pick out one this a.m. and I was looking for a shortie but effective~this one was that! Perfect timing and loved this flow. I also did another 15 min one that's a new one too (I'd done it before) great morning 🙏
