I don't usually stretch early in the morning because BREAKFAST BEFORE EVERYTHING ... but 5 minutes can be fine, we'll see

Have been doing this for two weeks now every morning and i havent felt stiff in my hips since. No more pain the next day after workouts either. This stretch has made such a huge difference and makes me look forward to waking up. Thank you Maddie !❤

I've been doing this stretch in the morning for 6 months now. I recommend it, I like the 15 minute one better, but I haven't got time, so this one's perfect!
I don't have a mat, so I do it on a carpet and because I've been doing this for a long time, after a week, I just listen, not watch.

But overall I recommend it!
