was laying in bed feeling so anxious when i saw this notification. I felt like even getting out the yoga mat was too much work so i just did it on my bedroom floor. it’s amazing what even 5 minutes can do for a suffering mind. Thank you, Adriene!

Wow! After not rolling out the mat for a few weeks now, I saw the notification that required just 5 minutes of my day. After that first breath, I was in tears. I haven't been myself lately, and it's because I haven't taken time to focus on my physical and mental well-being. Doing this today just affirmed that I am worthy to take time for myself even when everything is hectic and busy all around me.

I've been sick and dealing with mental health issues these past few days and haven't had the energy to get on the mat and do a proper yoga session. But when I saw this and saw that it was only six minutes long, I decided to roll out my mat and do it anyway. And I feel good afterward. It was just what I needed to feel just a little bit better. Thank you, Adriene.

It's May 1st 2023 and I turn 36 today! I started a daily practise with Adriene this year in January. I am of the generation recovering from the insanity of 'Heroin Chic' and therefore still battle with a conditioned voice in my brain that says I need to be really extreme and punishing with my body. This year I committed to movement as medicine and these short practises are such important reminders for me to just check in and reconnect with myself. To be kind and gentle to my body and nourish it and replenish it with love. Adriene, your yoga practises have helped me to find that loving nourishment in movement and I am forever grateful to you. I have loved having a daily session with you and look forward to continuing in my new year around the sun! Happy birthday to my fellow Taurus babies out there and thank you to the YWA community for being so inspiring, I love you all! Wishing everyone a beautiful, joyful, expansive year xxxx

5 minutes seems such a short and easy practice but sometimes your mind can't even stay focused on those 5 minutes. These couple of days I have been really struggling to keep my focus on the daily practices. Feels like I am slowly coming back. Some days are harder than others. But at the end it always feels better. Rejuvenating. Energy flowing everywhere inside you. Trust your self. I know it's hard sometimes. We got this all together. Namaste 🙏

I just spent 4 full days feeling shitty and yesterday I stayed in bed the entire day just watching movies. My entire body felt bad and I was trying to start my day, and thought „5 min of Yoga is maybe something I can handle with my energy level“ and I did it! Good start. :)

I deal with chronic pain in my back and neck from a car accident. So I am learning to be consistent with yoga, it really helps my quality of life. But today I woke up not feeling it and when I finally started this video it really helped me get back into my body and out of my head. I love these videos thank you so much.

This was perfect. I started a desk job 2 months ago and I'm finally settling in to the change but my body is tight from sitting 8 hrs a day. This will fit into my breaks and lunch so perfectly! Thank You❤
