Hi everyone, welcome to my channel! Today I'm taking you through a very quick 5 minute yoga sequence to help wake you up in the morning. This is an all levels full body stretch with no props required. I'll take you through poses like child's pose, low lunge, pyramid pose and rabbit pose.
Doing yoga in the morning is a great way to start your day with intention and purpose. Put yourself first with a few minutes of gentle movement and deep breathing and see how it affects the rest of your day.
