Short on time? No problem! Let's gently wake up together with this 5 minute yoga class.

Good morning, thank you for joining me :) If you're short on time but still want to stretch your body, this is a great class to do. This is a simple 5 minute beginner friendly yoga sequence that will open up your hips and stretch along your spine to relieve aches and pains from a long night's rest. No props are required and this is wonderful for all experience levels.

I'll take you through poses like child's pose, low lunge, easy twist, balancing table top and forearm cat/cow. At the end of this class you should feel energized and much more comfortable in your body. Doing just a little bit of yoga every day can change your life, I promise!

I think this is my favorite of your "5 minute" videos, but I really love them all! I also love so many of your 10-20 min videos as well! ( since I'm bad with time management, I rarely have time for the nice longer ones)
I have now been enjoying your videos for a little over two years, and cannot thank you enough! This was my first exposure to yoga at age 54, but saved my sanity during the height of the pandemic and beyond! (I finally got some blocks so I can enjoy even more of them!)

I always love everything you do! Just an idea...I use yoga for brain breaks for students in my high schools classes...a 5ish min practice that was all standing would be really awesome for that...I bet it would be good for elementary kids too. Most of them have never done yoga, so I try to keep it simple. But I would love to introduce my students to you, and the idea of doing yoga on YouTube. Thanks so much!
