This was a very interesting video!! I learned 2 new yoga poses like the 3 legged down dog and reversed warrior poses! I will definitely be trying these new poses☺️

I've been following one of your bedtime yoga routines for over a month now. Just tried this one for the first time and it was pretty difficult but I stuck through which was easy to do since it was only five minutes. I'm a super beginner and only doing yoga through YouTube videos, but for what it's worth, here's a tip for other beginners: if you find yourself not getting the pose "exactly" right, don't sweat it, just go with how your body feels and adjust slight when you can.
Anyone with more experience, feel free to weigh in here.
