Day 1 ✅ done all exercises. My arms aching lil.
Day 2 ✅ done all exercises. My arms really paining a lot
Day 3. ✅ damn my hands were like broken in last 2 exercises. But still done all.
Day 4 ✅ done all exercises.My arms were paining a lil less than it used to pain earlier. And amazingly reduced 1.3 cm. Will continue Till at least 7th day
Day 5 ✅ done all exercises. My arms almost broken 😂
Day 6 ✅ done all exercises and was sweating today.
Day 7 ✅ done all exercises and my neck was paining. In total lost 1.5 cm.

For me..This is the most effective exercise in this chanel .I did this a long time ago and It was the best for me. I lost a lot from my arm and got slim arms. Now I 'm doing it again😊.Thank you for this video.
Now my arm is 32 cm. I'll do it twice a day.

This excersise I really recommend for you guys!! I reduce 2.5 cm just for 3 days.. before this my arms 25.5 cm and now is 23 cm..I really happy with my results.. thank you so much cause you make this video and it's really helpful 😆♥️♥️
