Completed 14days just today
Had only one raw meal with the second meal being one protein meal and 1 gallon of water everyday .
Lost a total of 20lbs in as little as 2 weeks. From 170lbs to 150lbs.

These tips absolutely work. I had covid in September, had no appetite, didnt' eat for 6 days. Lost 15 pounds, when I started to eat I only wanted fruits & veggies and ate small portions. I don't eat after 8:00 and I don't eat breakfast. I usually just eat one meal no sweets, Dark Chocolate is my favorite but haven't had any in 6 weeks. Iam down 35 pounds. I choose to eat to live not live to eat... For me it's about having temperance and being healthy in my Golden years... Thanks for all the good info...

I modified this for better results I lost 26 - 30 pounds in 14 days.

1. Don't skip breakfast

2. Drink 1 Galloon

3. Eat less crabs/sugar ( Low carb diet I eat all my crabs in the morning)

4. Eat two meals ( Break and Dinner) skip lunch

5. Stop eating at 6pm

Thanks to water fasting I went from 230 to 177
My goal is to reach 140-155 and strength train.
Starting another 14 day fast, got off a 9 day fast, Refed for 5 .

I started on Monday and today, Thursday, I weighed myself and have lost approximately 8lbs. 1. Skip breakfast and don't try to make up for it.
2. Do not eat past 8pm
3. Drink water
4. Largest meal should be raw foods.
5. Small portion sizes for unhealthy foods.
6. No caffeine. Herbal drinks are allowed

I myself try to fast as often as I can. With doing so, I managed to CURE a disease doctor’s claimed to be incurable. A LIE! MY GOD IS GREATER!! If I can do it, anyone else can. I started doing the three day no food, no water fast. (Woo 2nd day was intense).
From there, I started making the effort to fast once or twice a week, not eating anything until 7pm. Thank you for the time tip. Only eating raw foods, and of course having smart cheat days.

Doing so, I lost a total of 45 lbs! My God is greater!! Also including working out to help with my journey.

1. Skip breakfast
2. Drink water - 1 Gallon per day. Preferably Distilled
3. No caffeinated beverages. (Herbal Tea is OK)
4. Make 1 of your 2 meals Raw. Let the Raw meal be the biggest meal
5. No eating after 8pm (give your body time to go through the digestion process)

Thanks for this video. I am going to do this starting today. Salad and fruit and nuts for lunch . Sweet potato and legumes or greek yoghurt for dinner .
