On the liquid diet avoid soda but drink as much as you need and avoid being thirsty. I went from 242 to 220 and the weight hasnt returned for over 3 months.

I'm going to keep it real with y'all I have lost 55 lb four different times in my life.. what I did was run for 25 minutes a day everyday.. 25 minutes... I also limited my diet to high protein low carb... I would end up losing 5 lb a week as long as I stayed consistent with my diet and my running for 25 minutes a day. ❤ Best of luck everyone❤❤❤

I’m currently past the first week/first step of this program. After the 7 day liquid fast I lost 14 lbs. Today I move on to the cabbage soup detox for 4 days. During the liquid fast, I drank only 4 10oz protein shakes a day (premier protein) instead of 6. 4 was filling enough for me. I had 2-3 cups of Veggie broth and drank like a gallon of water a day. I’m excited to continue the journey. Updates coming soon 👍🏽.

Been trying to lose weight for almost 4 years now. Best weight was at 160lbs now I’m 239lbs. Worked out and walked 3 miles 5x weekly since May 1, 2024, have lost 0 lbs. So tomorrow I’m starting the liquid fast and will follow up with the rest. Will update here weekly.

Update: Currently weigh 233.4 lbs on Day 4 of water fast. Ate a meal on yesterday evening but only gained .4 lbs because of it. So far 6lbs down since Tuesday. Will continue fasting 3-4days between one evening meal for 15 days. Will update on progress.

Listen up ya'll, I've done a 5 day water fast, but I failed because I was getting dizzy, even when I was drinking electrolytes and vitamins, it gave me great results, but it's not worth it. But recently, I lost 3 pounds in 2-3 days because I walked 30 mins a day, and only ate about 700-800 calories a day. :) GOOD LUCK!

I'm 5'1" I did cabbage soup diet lost lots of weight. I did a special diet from a acupuncture clinic in Calgary. They gave me a diet plan for 7 days to lose 15-17 Ibs per week. I lost 50 Ibs fast and I did Not starve while doing this diet. I ate a fruits veggie diet and cabbage soup diet together. The diet has some cheat days I still lost weight. I love this diet

Fruit to eat in a morning blueberries and green tea (Walk on treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes every morning).
Vegetables to eat in the afternoon: spinach (Get some green tea and enjoy the fresh air outside).
Food to eat in the evening: fish and a healthy almond drink (Spend time with your family and relax).
Night time: Pinch a little bit of salt and drink one cup of water before bed every day. I lost 65 pounds in 2 weeks from 320 to 255.Moreover drink 2 cup of water everyday. Keep hustle and stay healthy my friend🥰

Just be mindful to keep the desired weight obtained you have to adjust your calorie intake to maintain or else you will gain the weight back and more!

57 pounds 90 days🙌🏾 it works. Now grant it I did buy a high end juicer, but you can still use a regular juicer I’m sure. I added cardio now and pounds dropping even faster. Calorie deficit is the key honestly along with cardio if you want to keep the weight off. I did extreme to drop fast and then started light workouts to keep it off. 🙌🏾
