I am on day 5 of this and I’m not doing the salt because it was absolutely horrible for me but I’m following the shakes, water, acv with lemon and water. So far I’ve lost 9 lbs

I just finished it 7 days and lost 14lbs. My period came down after 5 months and I felt so so good. First two days were hard for me after the third day I didn’t even crave food. I will be doing it again later on 😊

I know for a fact that it works! I had to do the shakes only and water ( without the vinegar and salt) for 2 weeks before surgery. I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks.

I’m on day 3 and the scale is FINALLY MOVING🎉🎉🎉🎉 I tried carnivore for 4 months with ZERO results, infuriating! Now down 3lbs and I don’t care if people wanna say it’s water weight, it was still WEIGHT on my bloated body putting pressure on my painful knees! 9/12 Started the 7 day liquid challenge. I added 8 Greens Tab with 1 serving of collagen. I'm committed. Thank you Keisha you are amazing.

I lost 6.5lbs in the first 3 days and then I think my body went to starvation mode I felt really bloated and only lost 0.5 in the next 4 days .
I’m happy with my progress though it gave a chance to give a break from the food, my cravings for sugar were at the highest and I was always thinking about what will I eat and it was overwhelming.
Now I will keep the intermittent fasting and start adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet.

I have been on this diet since monday 6/5/23 and as of today 6/9/23 ive lost 13lbs. Ive cheated twice. Its was just too hard not to eat (i have a family of 5). I do cardio for 45 mins a day and sit in the sauna for 15 mins. What would be the benefit of wearing shapewear?

I started today, got my acv lemon and Himalayan salt shot in, later for the rest. Im on my way to the gym, then about 12 I’ll be drinking all else that applies up until 8pm. Thank you Keisha

I just finished Day 2. I was 1 lb down this morning which is great to me! I've been following keto/carnivore/lions diet for a month and lost 15 lbs off of that so I know I've already lost my water weight and expect a slower loss. My plan is to do the 30 day challenge with the 4 different weekly plans and goal is for a 20 lb loss. 💪

Day 1: The Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon, and Himalayan Salt shot was like a true FLUSH! My tummy was NOT appreciative of this shot but was able to withstand and flush out what it needed to allow me to be productive today. Experienced a little over 2 hours of waste removal. Afterwards I began to feel it was safe to leave the house. I am not sure if I can continue taking this shot in the morning due to the amount of time it takes to work through my system. I can't lose that much morning time when I have obligations at work. Nevertheless, I look forward to the weight loss!

So I'm on Day 1 and already lost 6 pounds the 1st day!!! I'm Excited for the week. I also added a 14 day detox to this plan so after the 7 days I'm going to do the two protein shakes and a salad see how that goes

Today is day 2 for me. I lost 5 lb yesterday, but let me tell you it was ALL water weight. Im going to add some table salt to my coffee and have 2 c. broth to replenish my sodium levels! Hope that the next 5-10 lbs are legit weight 🤞
