Drink water, eat fruits, veggies, no refined processed foods. Drink dandelion root & hibiscus tea, coffee. Veggie soup. Exercise, sweat.

I am so sick and frustrated not only in not being able to lose weight at the age of 63, but of all the ads I get in my SM feed for some pill or gummy or protein powder or keto ad. It’s so so overwhelming to the point you don’t know what to believe anymore. Prior to 2020 I went on Whole 30 and got down to 117. After the drama of Covid and being 4 years older, I just can’t get into a place in my head (discipline) to get back on it. I don’t know what to do anymore. I like your approach, it’s easy, natural, and inclusive. It’s not don’t eat potatoes don’t eat bananas don’t eat this or that…requiring one to buy specialized foods. I’m going to try this along with drinking Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal. Let’s see where this leads me. Thanks you.

My dad has also told me that salt makes your body hold water. When I did my water fast a couple years ago, I added a touch of salt to the water to help keep me hydrated.

When I lost weight, Intermittent fast daily, Exercise ( 5 days a week ) in the morning and Drink water .
I lost on average 4 pounds a day. I ate one meal a day.
So I am back to losing 15 pounds and I might lose it in one or 2 months. Everyone situation differs!!!
In this Region, everybody are able to visit the gyms for Free and we have over 200 activities, 4 huge swimming pools,
2 inside / 2 outside, Tennis courts, basketballs, Soccer fields, Volleyball, Badminton, Squash, etccc.

Makes absolute sense. I pretty much went low carb/ no sugar when I entered menopause simply because Carbs and sugar wreaks havoc and triggers bad hot flashes and brain fog..I have been eating like this for past few years and my body now won't tolerate anything else, made the mistake of treating myself to a lovely raspberry jelly donut few days ago. It triggered a horrible IBS flare that last 2 days and made my whole body feel sick. Normally I intermittent fast and break it with a handful of nuts, cashews, sunflower seeds..with a lot of keshe water...
