Switching the temperature on your body like that is unhealthy, as a former medical student I advise you not to do that for the sake of your bones.

I know for sure, the showers work. Some of you are wondering about the temperature. The hot will be basically your typical hot shower. If it's burning you, obviously it's to hot. The cold, well that will be the coolest you can get your water. Some of us live in areas where the water, never gets icy cold and some of is live in areas, where you might actually get frost bite from your water. So if your water gets so cold it stings at its coldest. Put the water up to were you are shivering, but not stinging. I did this last summer and it helped with my stretch marks, cellulite and my skin became softer and tigjter. You should do it every day. It as well helps with depression.
