Thanks Heather, this is great. I did notice that there's a mismatch in the video transition between 17 and 19 minutes (seems there's an issue with the arrangement of superset 4) - check it out. Otherwise this is wonderful!

Loved the workout! Heart rate got to 165 😅. Thanks! The “ninja row and curl” played 3x in a row instead of the other superset crunch in the middle- but we knew what to do :)

Loved this!! There is an error around the 17 min mark for the curl sit up. On the second rep, the 10 sec demo counts down for the sit up curl, but the 40 min exercise cuts to the ninja curl instead.

I’ve always been really active but have had an excruciating 2- year long flare up with my chronic illness, it was so bad I could barely do 10 minutes of walking most days.

And TODAY

Today, I finally, FINALLY finished a 20 minute Heather Robertson workout!!!! 😭😭🙌❤️‍🔥

I’m so proud of myself. Deeply grateful to my body. And So proud of my body and soul for not giving up.

Thanks you for these 20 minute full body workouts (with warm up and cool down). They are just what I need and am able to squeeze into my schedule. They don't take too much of my energy but seem to be effective and motivate me to do them where I'd never find the motivation (or time) for a longer without. And being full body workouts they don't require planning. I can just do one whenever I have the time and have all the major muscle groups activated. Really just what I need at the moment. Than you, again.

I’m sooo excited!! I’ve been recovering from a year long flare up from a chronic illness I battle, and I had to give up strength training and most workout styles I love in order to heal for a year.

I can now finally add in weights again, you were one of my favorite trainers so to be able to return and COMPLETE the sweat sesh means more than you know. THANK YOU for this!!
