Took the challenge starting from day 1, I started following you 4 months ago and I feel soo much better since!
I am one of those people you usually say to "Oooh, you're so lucky, you can eat whatever you want and never get fat!"
I have always hated exercising with all my heart because I've always found it boring, useless, and I have never been inspired!
Well, the truth is I was weak, often having backache and not able to stretch, but now I feel stronger, more confident, with a better posture and moreover, I look forward to your videos because I absolutely love them!
It's a new experience for me, I am so grateful to have found someone who could get me move at the age of 35…thank you so much for your work and your videos!

Went for a run this morning. And this flow was really soothing and I feel so stretched!! Then, ended up with seated meditation. What a morning! Thankyou for this ❤

This is genuinely the best yoga routine I've ever done. I felt so stretched and healed during it. I really needed this today and was relieved to see that day four wasn't super intense. The structure here is just perfect, Anna, thank you. It's getting me back on track after a long break from regular exercise. I plan to repeat the challenge until I find I need something a bit more challenging!

i thought home workouts or doing something active with your body in general would mean lots of HIIT or similar stuff. it's really nice to see that there really can be balance found everywhere ^^
