Ich guck immer mal nach anderen Kanälen für ein schönes Active Recovery Workout - und bleib dann hier hängen.
Nichts ist hektisch, kein pausenloses aufgedrehtes Gebabbel, vor allem keine hektischen, verletzungsträchtigen Bewegungen. So viel Musik wie sein muss, um im Flow zu bleiben.

Great way to keep moving on my off day! Slightly ridiculous to do with an overly clingy cat 😂. The forward wave ones ended up being a move forward and kiss the cat type thing for me
