Get ready for an INTENSE ab workout that will bring those 6 pack abs out of hiding! 🔥🔥🔥

This video is full length so you can follow along with the ab exercises that I’m doing. If you need extra rest at any time just pause the video.

This ab workout is 20 minutes long and is high intensity (HIIT ABS WORKOUT), so we’ll be doing each exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. It might sound easy, but this is an ab and obliques BURNER!

This abs workout consists of:

ROUND 1 (LOWER ABS) - Repeat 2X
0:50 REVERSE CRUNCHES
1:20 SCISSORS
1:50 LOW LEG RAISES
2:20 BUTT UPS

ROUND 2 (UPPER ABS) - Repeat 2X
4:50 BUTTERFLY CRUNCHES
5:20 FROG CRUNCHES
5:50 KNEE CRUNCHES
6:20 EAGLE ARM CRUNCHES

ROUND 3 (MIDDLE ABS) - Repeat 2X
8:50 FULL SIT UPS
9:20 HOLLOW HOLDS
9:50 V UPS
10:20 FLUTTER KICKS

ROUND 4 (OBLIQUES) - Repeat 2X
12:50 CROSS CRUNCHES
13:20 RUSSIAN TWISTS
13:50 TOE TAPS
14:20 BICYCLE CRUNCHES

ROUND 5 (CORE – PLANKS) - Repeat 2X
16:50 PLANK STEP OUTS
17:20 SPIDER PLANK
17:50 PLANK HIP DIPS
18:20 STAR PLANK

This is my favorite ab workout video I've tried. All the exercises are easy to understand for a beginner, but challenging for fit people. Works my cardio system pretty hard as well, so this is my go-to for when I'm on a rest day from weight training. Thank you for making this, and I really appreciate what you've made!
