Hi Maddie! Just found your channel about a week ago, and you have really changed my life so far. The way I look at everything, every day, every second, and I have never felt better. I am now 18 years old and went vegan about a week before I found you guys. It has been pretty hard these first weeks, coming out, because it is really not normal around here, at all. But I am working on it <3 I struggled with an eating disorder from the age of 15 to 17, and veganism has so far really helped me staying healthy. I am a dancer, and I started at the age of 4 and I think that I am now heading at the end of my carrier. I really want to get into working out and building muscle, but I really dont know how.. I have followed your home workouts and I love it so so much! But I really want to learn more so I can start with regular workouts at the gym. If you have any beginner tips I would love to learn everything. I mostly wanted to post this to say THANK YOU, because you have really changed me and my mindset, now being the happiest I have ever been. I really dont think you understand how much you do for people, like me, and I really feel like I have a friend in you, no mather what, every second of the day. So thank you for being you, and using your voice. I really can't thank you enough (I am sorry if my english is hard to read <3)

Best workout EVER Especially for retired gymnast. this has kept me in shape. And I can really see a difference. It’s not to hard and not to easy juuust right.first time I did it it was hard but now it’s easier.love your videos

Thank you Maddie for your ab workouts! I´m doing your ab workouts each day for 2 weeks so far and I definetely see a difference in the amount of fat on my belly and my belly looks tighter. I´m going to do these workouts each day for a month. 😊 💪

I remember a few weeks ago I could only do half of one of your videos at best and now I do a few a day. I love your routines and your videos are so zen :) I can't do gyms and I knew a vegan could get just as strong as a non-vegan but I never tried until now! Thank you for posting!

I love the structure of this workout where you alternate between 2 different exercises for 30 secs each!! Keeps it fun and interesting and makes the time go by fast! ❤️
