Every time I finish this circuit it’s a celebration and a miracle. Friend says abs are noticeably showing more. We now do this circuit together a few times a week

Huge Thanks Chris for the massive amount of different workouts you provide and a lot of stuff with no equipment which i don't have. Been at it for 3-4 weeks now and I feel so much stronger, start growing muscles in areas I didn't think I could, my posture improved so much in that short time and most importantly my mental strength to push myself has improved the most. Keep going strong and all the best.

For about a month I’ve been doing a couple THENX ab workouts from years ago with awesome results so far. My ab strength is really improving now, so I’m hyped to see this new drop

Edit: If you want to do your exercises with better quality and correct form, the best way to do any abs exercise with your back on the floor is to think of pushing your abs through your lower back into the floor (so when you try and put your hand under your lower back it can't get under). This will provide the correct way to activate them and also enhance the quality of your workout. Hope this helps anyone, I've only found out this way so many years down the line.
The fact that this came out forty mins after I finished my own workout 💀😂
Look forward to this next week as I want spend time on my core. It's just crazy that he always brings out the vids I need at the right time 😱
