Nobody has helped me like Chris Heria has.
I've been at constant war with myself for my entire life, between wanting to look and feel great but never finding the motivation to stick to a routine.

2:30 - lying flutter kicks
3:33 - hip raises
4:40 - alt single leg raises
5:50 - lying around the worlds
6:57 - Cross mountain climbers
8:00 - high plank to low plank
9:08 - In & outs (open & close)
10:12 - side planks (22 sec each side)
11:14 - half burpee
12:14 - overhead sit up & press
13:25 - bicycles
14:29 - crunch reach throughs
15:35 - Russian twists

Your ab work outs are the only ones I do. Realistically, I didn’t have the energy to do the 20 minute this morning but also knew I could push myself beyond the 10 minute. This was right on time. Thanks for this!

I've been doing a combination of Pamela Reif's ab workouts with Chris's ab routine workout videos as well every single day for a month and I've been eating Keto. Let me tell you I've never had abs before but I do now! I'm so happy with my progress so far and I cannot wait to keep improving over time! Thanks Chris!

My wife introduced me to your wo last well, I’ve done it everyday. Brutal, but feel so strong after one week. My breaks are getting smaller and I’m able to keep up a little better. We’re going to post a video of both of us doing it soon. Thanks again for helping us get shredded! 💪

Been training with your videos 6 days out of the week for about a year or so now (with a couple changes due to life) but my body has changed so much and i’ve never been more comfortable in my own skin. Which has helped a lot with anxiety too, i said this on one of your older videos that I haven’t had a panic attack in like half a year, now we are looking at more about 9-10 months. So thank you for being like a coach/threapist for me! I look forward to doing this exercise next day I work abs.

I have a athletic body frame, and have been strenght training for 20 years. Until today, that I tried this routine, I never realized how weak my core was. Now I have a new training goal- strenghtening my core. I love this lifestyle and the folks that push it like yourself! Thank you sir! 💯💪

Small word of warning. I did this workout and I am decently fit. Nevertheless, I overworked my hip flexor muscles so hard (since my abs were fatigued and could not keep up) that I could not stand or walk straight for 5 days. Had to cancel my normal workouts to recover. If you are new to ab workouts, do not hesitate to take it much slower than what is shown in the video.

The best part about this video is that it’s reminding me of the time I do these exercises from one of your old videos and 3 years later the exercises still work, I like to thank you Chris for not only teaching us how to get these abs but I also like to thank you for giving my hope for my future back in place. If I didn’t watch your videos I be hopeless .

I have done many ab workouts but not one when am literally drenched in sweat and is literally only 15 mins this is crazy, now finish killing it my new ab workout thank you chris

Chris’s workouts have been amazing. When i first started doing his workouts I had a hard time even doing high plank to low planks at all!! But now (about 3 weeks in) I can keep up really no issue now! I love seeing these improvements in myself and just what a little consistently can do!
