This Day 10 Sun Salutation sequence is great if you are on the go and should feel awesome after 9 days of an amazing 30 Day Yoga journey! Use this practice to work on synchronizing the movement with the breath. Increase strength and flexibility as you welcome warmth to the body. Sun Salutations warm up the body and can refresh us in so many ways. Great for the nervous system! Great for the immune system! Great for depression! Make adjustments as needed and listen to your body!

I am a large hairy kinda man. My doctor suggested i try yoga. Since i dont look good in yoga pants i do it at home. Both my knees and elbows are damaged from work and a lifetime of heavy lifting and bodybuilding plus having stress and anxiety from daily life. I scoffed at yoga. I made fun of it. After day ten I havent felt this good, or limber or mobile in 15 years. Thank you Adriene for saving my life and making me smile while doing it.

This was my favorite day so far, I feel like I'm turning into a real Yogi! I was able to follow along and not keep looking at the screen all the while knowing what each pose was just by the name. My balance is getting better and this felt so easy and smooth. I was not in the mood to practice today but this made me feel wonderful. Day 10 down!

I just did this practise and when standing at the end, feeling the beat of my heart and listening to my breath, I felt overwhelmed with peace and clarity and almost cried. I have a lot of changes coming up in my life that are making me very scared and stressed out but yoga grounds me and reminds me that change is good and positive. Thank you so much for this video :)

10 days, I'm shocking myself, this is the first time in my life that I am consistent about physical activity. I am slowly becoming more flexible and feeling stronger everyday, not only physically, but also mentally. Thanks for this!

I’ve started to notice that I follow your voice without looking at the screen. I’m always obsessive with making everything correctly but during yoga practices with you I’m more concentrated on my feelings than on checking body shape and precise technique. Thank you❤️

Thank you for making me feel better. We’re back on lockdown in the UK and I was feeling sorry for myself. It’s dark, cold, miserable, late at night of yet another day not being able to see my loved ones. But this quick video got the blood flowing and fresh oxygen into me, and now I can look at everything in a better light. This is the power of yoga, not the toning of the body (although that is useful 😂). To everyone out there struggling, we’re all in this together. Namaste friends 🙏🏻
