This no equipment cardio dance walking workout can be done as day 9 of the 14 day Fit Fusion Challenge or as a stand alone class. This beginner friendly workout can be done in any small space and there will be no floor work (all standing). Exercises are generally set to the beat of the music to increase the *fun* factor.

I noticed you said or recommended 150 minutes of cardio a week. But you also advocate for strength training. I was wondering when you say 150 minutes does that include weight training like a mixing of the two during the week or is that 150 minutes of cardio plus add strength training? Thx
