I crushed it. I am 3 months postpartum. Thank you Jessica for this wonderful exercise. I really loss some baby weight in this last 2 weeks. I have only done this exercise on alternate days and haven't even started any diet till now. Then also I lost about 2kg in this last 2 weeks. Thank so much. Your workouts are really amazing.
