30 Minute Walking Workout for Beginners, Seniors | Low Impact Walking

This workout has three sets of 4 exercises each done twice. Each exercise interval is 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest. You don’t need any equipment for this workout. But if you’re ready to challenge yourself, pick up some light weights. I use light weights in the second round of each set. This workout includes about 3000 steps, more or less depending on your pace.

Thank you for your walk videos. I am 81 with knee, ankle and feet problems and I am able to do this with you and mom. I haven’t been able to do much but with this low impact and good pace I can do 30 min. You are helping so many.❤

I just discovered your walking workouts, and I absolutely love them! First, I am 63 years old, and I have never been one to jump around a lot. Your videos provide a good workout for the age I'm at now in my life. Secondly, I absolutely love that you do these workouts with your mom. I find this to be so inspirational I particularly enjoyed the banter between you and your mom. Your conversation sounds real and not scripted. Your mom really keeps me going when I have zero motivation. I love how well you explain all the steps, and you do not immediately jump from step to step.Keep up the great work, young ladies!

This is my third month since I started working with you. I joined the gym last year but I was not motivated enough and the machines and exercises aren't suitable for old and overweight people, it made me feels its my fault. You ladies are my own heros. I told everyone in family about your channel, I follow you from Saudi Arabia. Can you please do chest exercises, seated or standing? Thank you for your time and effort. Best of luck for you ladies.

On a different note, just this week I switched from FitBit to Smart Watch (after many, many years and several devices) and -- no kidding -- my exercise ring closed announcement occurred perhaps one minute before your mom's!

Another great workout! For someone dealing with a lot of musculoskeletal issues, you guys are heaven sent! I can make it just tough enough to break a good sweat, but can modify the movements when needed for my own personal situation.

Like you, all I drink is water, and herbal caffeine free tea. I've been vegan for 11 years, and haven't had red meat since I was 17.
I overdid my running around yesterday, and paid for it. But I know that there will be good and bad days. Part of the healing process.
Thank you for your fabulous channel. Tomorrow's workout with be watching my 16 month old grandson for 9 hours!❤❤😊
