This 30 minute all-in-one walking workout includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises for the secrets of longevity. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, and adding in balance and flexibility exercises will give you a well-rounded program to provide results. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout.

Hello Jules! I just finished this workout, and I have to compliment you on yet another winning one! I loved how comprehensive it is, and as a woman in her 60's, with a family history of hip fractures, I'm acutely aware of how I need to maintain and improve my balance. This workout will do just that! I also love your other videos, and I would rate them all 10+ if I could! I'm not able to get to a gym right now, and I was quite depressed about growing out of shape and losing energy, but I truly feel that your videos are an absolute lifesaver! I just love these all in one workouts! I've been working out to your videos now for I think just over 2 years and I feel so much better -- no stiffness and minimal joint pain. I'm 66 and plan to be around for a good while longer!
