We know everyone loves a good standing workout and in this workout we work to help tone your legs and reduce cellulite in the leg area!

These exercises are great for all levels especially those who need to do standing exercises! If done consistently then you will see your fat and cellulite burned away in the glutes, hamstrings, and quads and eventually turning it into muscle!

I am going to try this, I am 58 and loosing my vitality and gaining weight! My left leg is injured but I'm going to try anyway!

Hey meredith! love ya advice and your workouts. 🙂
but I am wondering if you can do a video specifically for larger girls carrying too much weight to scorch legs and work them lean.
It is not possible for a heavy person to weight bare like this without possible injury.
